A Featured teacher keeps the same bio and contact details as a free listing. The difference is placement: badge on the card and a priority slot on Denver / Austin / Phoenix / Chicago landers.

Payments are not wired in this MVP. If STRIPE_SECRET_KEY is missing, the checkout endpoint returns HTTP 503 and a payments_coming_soon JSON body. That is intentional — never a hard 500.
